About Impact 120

Why "120"?

120 refers to the Hebrew/Yiddish saying that you should be blessed to live “until 120.” Laura wants this firm to embody the mission of enabling people to live long, full lives. Everyone deserves to age with dignity, access to healthcare, and quality of life, as they define it.

Our Founder

Laura Chaise brings to Impact 120 more than 15 years of experience and passion for human services and strategy. Most recently, Laura spent 6 years in leadership at Centene, a Fortune 50 company. As Vice President of Long-Term Services and Supports and Medicare-Medicaid Plans, she led product strategy and innovation for Centene's managed care programs for older adults and individuals with disabilities across 15 states. She played a pivotal role in significantly growing Centene’s LTSS program to be the largest in the U.S. and to gain recognition for thought leadership and quality.

Laura received her training in strategy as a consultant and manager at McKinsey & Company, leading projects with public and private sector clients through organizational transformation, new business line implementation, and healthcare innovation.

Laura began her career at the Claims Conference overseeing $30M in grants to local organizations that provide home and community-based services for Holocaust survivors. She received her BA in Psychology at Yale University, and her MBA and Certificate in Health Sector Management at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is currently the Chair of Fuqua’s Health Care Alumni Advisory Council, and loves to watch the Blue Devils win in basketball.
